We were delighted to oblige when asked to coordinate a Dîner En Blanc by one of our clients. If flash mobs ate dinner in public it would look like Diner En Blanc. The “world’s largest dinner party” has its origins in France. It involves color-coordinating a large number of willing participants to arrive, dine, and leave spotless a predetermined location, at a set time, with a table, fine dining essentials, and a picnic meal.

Though the J.W. Marriott Desert Ridge had never facilitated such a large-scale experience on their front lawn, they generously accommodated our Unbridled approach. Time and location announced on the event InfoHub earlier in the day, attendees set up tables, experienced french cuisine, enjoyed street performers, along with a flower market to create their own centerpieces. At the end of three hours, attendees broke down their tables and left without a trace, sharing stories of their unpredictable and transformative experience.
